About the Role:

You’ll be responsible for managing VOB-based contracts, with a focus on bridge infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate brings extensive experience in handling claims and contractual matters in a construction setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee contractual compliance across infrastructure projects

  • Prepare and defend claims under VOB/B and VOB/C

  • Liaise with project managers and legal departments

  • Handle negotiations with clients, primarily DB

Requirements:

  • 7–10 years of experience in contract or claim management

  • Strong knowledge of VOB regulations

  • Background in construction companies is essential

  • Experience on bridge projects preferred

  • Fluent in German
